1. What plans are available and what do they include?
ConveyThis plans are organized by website size and translation needs. Each tier primarily differs by:
- Included translated words
- Number of languages you can add
- Number of domains/websites per account
- Access to advanced translation and SEO features
Plan groups:
- Small Business plans – for smaller sites or early-stage multilingual projects
- Medium Business plans – for growing websites that need more languages, words, and domains
- Large Business plans – for high-traffic or content-heavy sites with many languages and domains
- Enterprise plan – for global brands needing unlimited scale, dedicated infrastructure, and custom support
For example, the Free plan supports 1 language and up to 5,000 translated words for 1 domain, making it ideal for testing or very small sites.
Starter costs $12 a month and translates up to 30,000 words, a good first step for a larger website before choosing a bigger plan
At the top end, Large Business tiers scale up to millions of translated words, dozens of languages, and multi-domain support

2. How do I calculate or estimate the total count of translated words?
You can estimate your original word count using the ConveyThis Word Count tool. It provides:
- Estimated words per page and for the full site
- Total and unique word counts
- A plan recommendation and price preview based on your selection
Manual estimate formula:
Total translated words = unique word count × number of additional languages
Example:
If your site has about 10,000 unique words and you add 2 languages, then:
10,000 × 2 = 20,000 translated words.
You can also estimate unique words by averaging words per page:
average words per page × number of pages = unique word count, then apply the formula above
